Jubilee news

Billy Te Oka, who played for MSP in the 1970s and now lives in Australia, plans to be at the Jubilee. He's written:

"Ex-players like myself who live so far away appreciate the committee's efforts as we would lose touch if it wasn't for these events. Our loyalty to MSP is unwavering and is something that I have never been able to explain over the years. I guess it was the passion of the committees, the coaches and the fellow players that made it so special. Hope to be there at the Jubilee and to catch up personally."

Billy is remembered every year at MSP's prizegiving when the team that scores the most championship points is awarded the 'William Te Oka Shield'.
