Richard Haines new Club Captain
Marist St Pats is very pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Haines as the new Club Captain. Richard takes on the role from Matt Buck who was excellent in the position last season.
Born and bred in Martinborough, Richard has strong rugby experience having played 1st XV rugby at Kuranui College before moving to Wellington for work. He then played Colts, Senior and Premier rugby for the Wellington Axemen.
Richard served as the Marist St Pats Colts team manager in 2013 and is very excited to take on the responsibility of Club Captain of such a proud club. We look forward to having him onboard as we look to make 2014 another year to remember at MSP!
