Jeff To'omaga-Allen in All Blacks wider training group
Hurricanes prop Jeff To'omaga-Allen joins his fellow Marist St Pats forward Victor Vito in Steve Hansen's first All Blacks training squad for 2013.
This is another huge step in the young prop's ever growing
resume, Jeff is into only his second Super Rugby season and played the last half of the Jubilee Cup round with his beloved Marist St Pats. He was the Player of the Match in last year's Jubilee Cup Final.
In an article with the Dominion Post on Wednesday Jeff expressed his surprise in being named in the squad, but those who have seen him develop from the sidelines of Evans Bay Park have always known the former NZ Under 20 World Cup winner was destined for bigger things.
Marist St Pats congratulates Jeff, Margaret and all of his family on this huge achievement and we will continue to enjoy watching his emergence on the big stages.
