Preseason is in the books for our Premier and Premier Reserve sides with the first round kicking off this Saturday at Awakairangi Park in Upper Hutt. After that we are home at Evans Bay Park on four successive weekends, we look forward to seeing you in the coming weeks...

Freshly oiled Red Machine ready for the new season

When our Premiers take the field on Saturday it will have been 136 days since their offseason journey began. The focus of those 136 days has been working towards being the most prepared team in the city, both on and off the field. The team will see the bulk of last years squad return for another tilt at silverware but there are also plenty of exciting additions... >>>

The annual New Zealand Marist preseason tournament, the Spillane Cup, was held in Palmerston North last weekend with over 100 players, coaches and managers descending on the student city... >>>

The clubrooms will open after our first home game at Evans Bay against Petone on 25 March... Billy Proctor recently attended the New Zealand Under 20s camp in Palmerston North... Monica Tagoai is currently in Japan with the Black Ferns Sevens Development Squad... Ivan Fepulea'i, Nese Solia, Grayson Whitman and Kerrod Foaese have been selected for the Manu Samoa Under 20s final trial in Samoa on 24 and 25 March... The Marist St Pats Women's programme was featured strongly in an article on the Pacific Guardians website recently, highlighting the efforts to grow the game...
