
	No 7, 23 August 2012 Dear A Jubilee Cup win on 12 August crowned an outstanding year of rugby for MSP. Congratulations to coaches Clayton and Murray, captains Arden and Kas, and the whole team and support crew. In case you've missed them, the video highlights of the Jubilee Cup win make great viewing. Well done also the under-85 Blues, champions for the third year in a row, and the grade-winning Reserve Internationals. MSP fields 10 teams, with nine that play for competition points plus a social Presidents' side. All nine teams made the play-offs of their grades, a remarkable achievement. While the club season is all but over with just two games this weekend, there's still plenty on at MSP.... Congratulations to MSP's rep players Jeff To'omaga Allen is MSP's sole starting player in the Wellington team that will take on Manawatu in the ITM Cup tomorrow. Arden David-Perrot and Lua Lokotui are on the bench, while Solomona Sakalia is also in the squad. Fa'atonu Fili, Liu Taituave and Peter Sciascia have been named in the Wellington Development team. In the Wellington under-20s, Donald Brighouse, Andrew Wells, Aviata Silago, Sam Sturgiss and Andrew Ellis have been named in a 29-strong squad, while Jacob Taituave has a trial for the Wellington under-18s.
