MSP's new chairman, Bill Harrison, aims to see MSP become 'the best little rugby club in the best little capital in the world'.
That will come about, he says, through a team effort: 'It needs you just as much as it needs the red jersey that takes the field'.
Bill was elected chairman at the first MSP board meeting after the AGM on 27 November, which saw Ruffy Mollo stand down after two highly successful years at the helm. Ruffy will remain a board member.
Also at the AGM, Geraldine Manu'a stood down as secretary, with Ruffy thanking her for all her great work on the club's behalf in the previous two years. In other changes, Sarah Barnaby will take over as club secretary and her husband Matt Buck resumes his board role after a season managing the prems - here's the full list of board members.
Bill has spent a year on the club board, after being a committee member and chairman of the rugby club at St Pat's College. Prior to that, he was a committee member and chairman of the Wests junior club. His son Nick plays for MSP and captained the colts in 2012.
Bill says it's humbling to be given the honour of chairing the club in 2013, and he wishes all club members and supporters a happy Christmas and an enjoyable New Year.
'Enjoy the festive season, be safe, and come back to us full of desire to be at the top of rugby in every grade we play. I look forward to seeing you next season.'
