Brennans Building Recyclers doubles 'Beat the Budgie' jackpot
Another generous sponsor has stepped forward to double the 'Beat the Budgie' jackpot put up every week by life member Paul 'Budgie' Jacobsen.
Brennan Building Recyclers of Tirangi Road in Lyall Bay will add $100 to every pot so that, from this Saturday 12 May, the prize will be $200. If struck, it will start again the following week at $200. If not struck, it will jackpot to $400. It will still be capped at a maximum of $1000 until struck.
Remember, to be in to win you have to be a paid-up club member, playing or non-playing, and you have to be in the clubrooms from 6pm Saturdays with your Budgie membership card.
