Rugby union announces Academy selections
Marist St Pats welcomes Aviata Silago, a member of the Wellington Rugby Union's Academy who will be playing for the club in 2012.
The union announced its academy selections and the clubs they will play for on 13 December. Aviata, whose father played for MSP, is a centre/wing from the St Pats Silverstream 1st XV who was selected for the Wellington under-18s and the Hurricanes secondary schools this year.
He joins MSP prop Donald Brighouse who will be in his second year in the Academy.
