Introducing Max Reynolds

Marist St Pats is again thrilled to welcome a number of school leavers, international players and other new players to the club in 2025. We'll introduce a number of them through player profiles during the season.

Max Reynolds

High School: St Patrick's College, Wellington
Position: Halfback

What was your highlight of High School rugby?

School rugby traditional matches at home. Just being able to run out and have the school backing you for 70 minutes with just the best atmosphere.

What has brought you to Marist St Pats and what have your impressions been this summer?

I was an MSP junior and my journey with the club has been incredible. From the moment I stepped onto the field I felt a sense of belonging and camaraderie among my teammates.

Coming back to the club this year I am grateful to have a number of coaches and management that have really cared about my development as a player. I feel lucky to be a part of such a dedicated club.

Tell us about what you're doing off the field?

Currently I am living at home with my parents. For work I am labouring full time while looking to start a building apprenticeship in the future.
