MSP sevens team in action
MSP's sevens team was in action at the Wainui 7s on 10 December, with this video clip capturing highlights including sharp tries by Andrew Wells and Ben Tuiatua. 'The side was competitive in every game,' says coach Bevan Packer. 'Despite close losses in pool play to the Wellington B rep side and a star studded Ulalei side containing the likes of Piri Weepu, Victor Vito and Scott Waldrom, the MSP team played some enterprising and successful sevens.'

2. MSP's Julian Tupai (below) and Victor Vito are cousins and have been practising their skills against each other since they were little guys. They teamed up as part of the Piri Weepu's Ulalei Invitational team side.
