College and junior coaches' efforts appreciated
It's great to see the number of former and current MSP players and coaches who are helping out with coaching at St Pat's College and with MSP's juniors. Many familiar names crop up on both rosters.
At the college, there's Brendan Reidy and Glen Donaldson with the 1st XV, Luke Meredith the 2nd XV, and Damian Rapira-Davies the thirds.
The under-15s' coach is Pat Dunn, while current premier Ryan Setefano helps out with the under-65kg team. Elton Moncrieff looks after the under-14s, while Barry Arthurs, John Graham, Mike Savali and club captain Neil Murphy are all involved with under-55kg teams.
In the junior club, there's Brendan Reidy (again), Damian Rapira-Davies (again), and John Pothan, Norm Broughton, Mark Porter, Peter Woods, Chris Ryan, Ken Ah Kuoi, Mick Joyce and Steve McGill.
The club greatly appreciates their efforts, not just in giving up their time to coach young rugby players, but also in strengthening MSP's links with the college and the junior club.
