Marist St Pats has a proud history built around Faith, Family, Fun and Footie. We are a club where everyone is welcome.
The aim is to create good people and deliver an enjoyable and positive rugby experience that caters not only to all abilities, but also to all modes of club engagement – be it playing, coaching, volunteering, or spectating. We seek to balance the needs of all players and members from our youngest through to our most famous, with none more important than the other.
Our vision is for Marist St Pats to become the #1 community rugby club in New Zealand. The committee’s purpose is to operate a modern sporting organisation that delivers on-field and off-field success, supports the needs of our community, is adaptable, promotes participation and inclusiveness, and provides a platform for commercial sustainability into the years to come.
We want our clubrooms to be the local ‘place to go to’ for the whole family. We have a vibrant events calendar and will be regularly communicating with our members. Your attendance this season will help foster our ‘One Club’ ethos.
Fiercely proud of our traditions, our values are the bedrock of what makes us endure. Culture will always be at the centre of our club and we will not deviate from that. As a club, we commit the following to our members and community: to assist with a players/coaches personal development on and off the field through sporting pathways and programs - To uphold the standards and values of The Marist Way – Respect, Excellence, Welcoming, Integrity and Legacy
Marist St Pats is a place to play, learn and connect. We want our players/coaches to continually challenge themselves, improve and pursue high standards. Let us all work together to build a stronger community and make this season a memorable one for all Marist St Pats players and members on and off the field.
