Marist St Pats' Premier Men's captain Milan Kriletich was awarded the Billy Wallace Award for Best and Fairest Player in Wellington Men's Premier Rugby at the Wellington Rugby Awards on 9 October.
Throughout the season, referees award points to players at the conclusion of each match. The player(s) with the most points at the end of the season are named the Billy Wallace winner; Milan shares the award with Paremata-Plimmerton's Sam Clarke with both players completing the season with 19 points.
The recognition caps off an outstanding season for Milan, his first as Premier captain, where he led his team with distinction - both leading from the front on the field and in how he represents the club off the field.
Milan was also awarded Most Valuable Player for the Premier Men at Marist St Pats' Prizegiving in August.
The Billy Wallace award is one of the most coveted in Wellington Rugby with previous winners including Ardie Savea. The last Marist St Pats winner was Liu Taituave in 2011.
